Munchkin

'Munchkin' is a nickname that my dad gave to me. He tells me I'm his little munchkin and over the years I've become somewhat attached to the nickname and whenever he says it now it's almost the same as him telling me he loves me.  

I then further developed the illustration by changing the typography of the word 'Munchkin' because I'm not really that pleased with how my own handwriting of it came out.

frown upside down - extras

Once again I ended up really liking the image by itself so here's are edit's from my 'turn that frown upside down' illustration! 

Also quite liked the look of the speech-bubble being blank, it gives it a feeling that anything could be said and put into the speech bubble. I could potentially put 'fuck you' in the speech bubble which would result in the image haven't a completely different vibe to the original. I may be smiling that that doesn't mean I like you.  

This would look so cool if I turned it into a button or a sticker. Maybe in the future?

My last words for this post just to say... smile, it doesn't have to be directed at anybody or for any reason in particular just smile for yourself because that's the most important person you have to smile for!

frown upside down

When someone I know looks unhappy or I know their unhappy I like to say 'turn that frown upside down' to try and make them laugh/smile, usually this sentence is accompanied by me doing a weird voice, strange hand gestures and/or movement or the cheesiest smile I can do. 

Now that I think about it its probably my actions rather than the words I say that gets them to smile but that doesn't change the fact I also say this sentence.

Forever falling asleep at inappropriate times and having naps wherever and whenever I can.

I bet I could fall asleep standing up sometimes.
